Promotional Draw Privacy Notice
We use a limited amount of personal data for our “Ülker Ramadan Campaign (KSA)”, but we need some to process your entry and to fulfil your prize if you are a Winner. We also need personal details to respond to any enquiries you may have. This privacy notice explains what personal data we process and your rights over what we do with it.

We need your name, email and mobile number to enter the Promotion, to ensure that it is run fairly and for your prize to be awarded, and you cannot enter the Promotion without providing that information. If you win, we may need some of your personal data, such as your name, address details, contact number, national ID / Iqama number for the fulfilment of your prize, as well as details to confirm your eligibility for the prize. We may also process certain technical data (such as device identifiers, IP address, timestamp logs and basic usage data) to administer the Campaign Page / Countdown Calendar, detect fraud, and maintain audit logs for the Promotion. Any use of your photo, social-media handle, or other content for publicity or marketing purposes will occur only with your separate, express consent. Providing this consent is optional and not a condition of entry, and you may withdraw it at any time. Our processing of your personal data is necessary for the performance of the Promotion and for the Promoter’s legitimate purposes in administering a fair draw, verifying winners, preventing fraud, and meeting legal / MoC permit and audit requirements, in accordance with Personal Data Protection Law and its Implementing Regulations in Saudi Arabia.
At the time you provide your personal data for the Promotion you will be invited to hear from us in the future, including by SMS text message or by email. If you do not choose to do so, then we will erase your details when the Promotion is complete. If you’re happy to hear from us, you can ask us to stop at any time. You can find out more about how personal data will be used at (https://tastehappiness-yourway.com/ar-sa/). We retain entry data for up to six (6) months after the Promotion ends. Winner verification and fulfilment records may be kept for up to five (5) years to meet legal and audit requirements. If you have consented to marketing, your contact details will be kept until you withdraw consent or for up to twenty-four (24) months after your last interaction, whichever comes first. If you have provided any optional uploads / submissions (if enabled), we will retain them only for as long as needed to administer the Promotion and handle any disputes, unless you separately consent to publicity use (in which case we will retain them for the consented period).
We will need to share personal data with our partners only to operate the Promotion. We may need to share personal data with prize suppliers and third parties, and you may need to provide further personal data to them for fulfilment of your prize. We will not disclose personal data to a third party for any other purpose without a valid, lawful basis. All service providers engaged for this Promotion process personal data under our documented instructions and written data-protection obligations.
Some processing activities may be carried out by our service providers located outside the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, including in the United Kingdom or United Arab Emirates. Any cross-border transfer of personal data will be conducted in accordance with the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law and its Implementing Regulations, using recognised transfer mechanisms and safeguards, including (where applicable) Standard Contractual Clauses, Binding Common Rules, certification / accreditation mechanisms, and minimum transfer and security measures, and where required, transfer assessments and documentation.
You can request copies of personal data about you including in portable electronic formats as well as the rectification, erasure or restriction of processing of that personal data. You may also object to certain processing where applicable and withdraw any consent you have provided at any time (without affecting processing that took place before withdrawal). This Promotion is not intended for children under the age of eighteen (18) (or the equivalent legal age of your country of residence) and we do not knowingly collect data relating to anyone under the age of eighteen (18).

This Privacy Notice is governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Notice shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts and authorities in Riyadh, KSA.
